Colin L. Hendricks

Colin’s experience and third-generation roots in Webster and Calhoun counties allow him to tackle complex and sophisticated projects with the attention, responsiveness, and practicality of a hometown attorney. His practice primarily includes estate planning and probate, real estate, agriculture and farming, and business formation sale/succession. I can also help clients navigate the regulatory framework associated with alcohol and beverage law and income tax planning and guidance. Colin prides himself on his communication, organization, and easy-to-understand advice.

Colin is a 2015 graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Economics and a 2018 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, where he finished in the top-10% of his class. While attending law school, Colin clerked for Thomas D. Waterman on the Iowa Supreme Court. He previously practiced law in Des Moines, Iowa with the BrownWinick Law Firm.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially outdoors. He often spends time golfing, hunting, and rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
